All products manufactured at JAHN are cleaned in modern solvent washers. In our effective facilities, all manufactured products are reliably degreased clean in this way.
To achieve optimum component cleanliness, we use washing systems with modern ultrasonic technology. In this way, the ever-increasing requirements of the automotive and electrical industries in terms of component cleanliness can be met in their entirety.
Cooling lubricants that were required in the course of the manufacturing process are completely removed in this process in order to be able to hand over a high-purity aluminum product.
The surfaces cleaned in this way show positive results in downstream work steps such as welding, soldering and final assembly.
